TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

PAYMENT: You may pay by sending a postal order or cheque. On-line payment by the credit cards indicated is also available. We do not have facilities for American Express. All prices are in Pounds Sterling  and include all tax charges that are applicable. All transactions are made via Insurance Security Services Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Access Underwriting Ltd.  Where applicable our delivery charges are calculated within the Order Form as necessary unless contact needs to be made to confirm additional postage costs.

 

DELIVERY: We aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.  Shipments are despatched on the same day of payment clearance. If we do not have your order available for despatch, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If your purchase needs to arrive by a specific date, please let us know.

 

Orders are normally sent by courier (the courier will need you to sign for the goods) and where possible delivery is next working day however delays are occasionally inevitable.  If no-one is available to sign for the item(s) at the delivery address when the courier calls, a card will be left detailing how to arrange re-delivery or collection of the item from the couriers local depot.  Our couriers may charge us a fee if a delivery has to be aborted.  If a delivery is aborted because you have supplied inaccurate or incomplete information or you are not available on the scheduled delivery day to receive an item, we reserve the right to recover the aborted delivery charge from you.

 

There may be a charge if you instruct us to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched.

Orders made before noon Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same working day. Other orders will be despatched the next working day. If you order after midday and still want to check if orders can be despatched same day, please call.

Delivery is for UK mainland only. For orders to Scotland and Offshore UK Islands an additional charge may apply. Postage to Highlands and Islands including the following post codes: KA, PA20 and upwards, PH, IV, KW, ZE, AB, FK15 and upwards, DD, DG, TD and HS will be quoted on request and delivery is on a 3 day service.

Please contact us if you do not live in the UK for additional postage charges. Courier and next day delivery will not apply.

Where orders are for installation, next day delivery does not apply. Our operatives will contact you to arrange the appointment. Payment may be taken by the installers rather than Insurance Security, but you will be only be billed once!

Delivery is Monday to Friday working days only.  If you require delivery on Saturday, please contact us as additional charges are levied by the courier.  Also please contact us if you require any other shipping method.

 

PRICES, OFFERS AND PRODUCTS: These are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. If there are any problems in supply or price, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm.

YOUR CONTACT POINT: If we agree that you may return products to us, this must be done within 7 days of receipt.  We may allow a refund (less any carriage costs) at our discretion and provided that the goods arrive back to us in their original pristine condition.
